Return Policy

Returns for store credit only, no refunds.

Returns must be made within 15 days and present the original invoice.

The products must be in the original state that you bought them.

Store credit will be valid for a period of 30 days from the date of return.

Returns are not accepted on products on clearance or with a special discount.

Store credit is non-transferable and can only be used by the original holder of the purchase.

We reserve the right to inspect returned products prior to issuing store credit. In case of obvious damage or use, we reserve the right to refuse the return. This return policy is subject to change without notice.

Unfortunately, returns of personalized items or items in hygiene and safety conditions, such as personal care products or food, will not be accepted. For any questions or queries, our customer service team will be happy to assist you. Thank you for your understanding and preference!

Remember that store credit can only be used for future purchases in our physical or online store. It is not redeemable for cash or transferable to other accounts.
